CBGB Festival: Film Screenings

The 2013 CBGB Festival will present three days of film screenings of some of the best rock films/documentaries ever made and some that have never been seen in New York before. Over 120 film screenings will be shown in downtown Manhattan. Many films will also have a Q&A/Talkbacks with the directors/producers/stars of the film/documentaries.

Loosely inspired by an actual record-biz hoax, "Vinyl" is a genial underdog's revenge comedy about some old punkers who fool the industry that's forgotten them into promoting their new single -- which they've disguised as a debut disc by a generic boy band.
